Here at PDS Wood Designs I take the best of the three main scientific disciplines and combine them to form unique art every time. No two pieces will ever be alike.

-Biology -Using premium, sustainably sourced wood ensures a distinct woodgrain in each piece.

-Chemistry -Carefully mixing epoxy resin and mica pigments followed by careful sanding and finishing with an all natural food-safe finish delivers a hard wearing, durable piece.

-Physics -The curing epoxy is undergoing an exothermic reaction. It produces heat. The mica pigments harness the convection currents resulting from the heat generated by the curing epoxy to produce unique patterns.
