Shipping policy

We aim to ship all online orders for in-stock items in 1-3 business days.

We aim to ship custom made items within 10-14 business days.

Every piece will receive an application of maintenance oil 12-24 hours before shipping. Typically this will have completely absorbed by the time you receive your pieces. There may be the rare occasion that your pieces fell a little oily on receipt. This is nothing to worry about. A Wypall shop towel will be included in your package to wipe the pieces down.

As we are just getting started these times may slip, we hope not but please bear with us if they do.

If you have included a valid email when checking out you will automatically be provided a tracking number. Please check your spam and junk folders as it may have ended up there. If you did not include a valid email, please contact us and we will forward you tracking information for your order.

Local, in-person delivery is available within a 50km radius of Carrying Place, ON. This option will only be available at checkout if the address you entered falls within this area. Timelines are subject to availability. We will be in touch to schedule if you chose this option.

Curbside pickup is also available in Carrying Place, ON. If you chose this option we will be in to make arrangements.
